Product Quality & Preservation
By using low temperatures, the process avoids the heat damage that can occur with conventional drying methods, ensuring the final product remains healthy. It helps maintain the natural characteristics of the product, such as the taste of freeze-dried soup, ensuring consumers receive a high-quality, “healthy” product. This preservation method allows products to remain stable for extended periods (2 years shelf life) which is essential for export purposes.
Everything You Need to Know
Detailed information about our production, logistics, and trade policies
How Are Our Products Made?
Our Moringa leaves are sustainably sourced from certified farms in Southern India. The leaves undergo rigorous fresh-water washing, are shade-dried under strict temperature controls to preserve nutrients and vibrant green colour, and are finely milled to an 80–100 mesh size. The entire process is completely free from additives, artificial colours, or radiation.
