What is the minimum order quantity?
For Moringa Powder, minimum order is 100 kg. For tea bags, soup mix, and capsules, minimum order is 500 units per product.
What is the lead time for orders?
Standard lead time is 4-5 working days from receipt of advance payment or confirmed L/C. This includes fresh batch milling and preparation of export documentation.
Do you offer sample kits?
Yes, we offer paid sample kits (1-2 kg) for quality verification before placing formal orders. International courier charges are borne by the buyer.
What are your payment terms?
30% advance via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and 70% balance against scanned Bill of Lading (BL) copies prior to release of original documents.
Do you offer private labeling?

What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship globally via Sea (LCL/FCL) and Air Freight from Chennai or Tuticorin Port. FOB and CIF terms are available.
